WHERE DOES MY ORDER COME FROM?
All plush, pin, and keychain shop orders are currently fulfilled by ZAMSIRE LLC in Seattle, WA. But Apparel, Stickers, and Prints are made to order and will be shipped out separately.
PREORDERS
An item in Preorder status means that you are ordering the item before we have the unit in stock. On average preordered items are shipped 1-2 months after the start of the preorder. Any item that is in preorder status will tell you the estimated shipment date, you can also refer to the Preorder Status page on our website to check the status of all current Preorders.
CAN I CHECK OUT A PREORDER ITEM WITH A NON-PREORDER ITEM?
Yes! You can check out both, however, your complete order will not ship until the preorder item is in stock. If you'd like your non-preorder item to come beforehand you would have to check out both items in separate carts or if you've already checked out you can contact us to separate your shipping costs.
APPAREL SIZING
Each apparel item will have a size chart listed, please refer to the size chart on the listing to confirm that it will fit appropriately. If you need more information on the size of the apparel please contact us. We do not offer size exchanges for apparel.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ADDRESSES MUST BE IN ROMAN CHARACTERS
most of my packages are shipped via USPS which ONLY accepts packages that have an address and recipient that are written in roman characters! Please make sure that when you order you put both your name and address using roman characters or else the package will be returned to me and you'll have to pay for shipping again.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are fulfilled every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 3PM PST
Orders are to be shipped within a week of your purchase - although with higher volumes of orders this may take longer.
All orders will be sent with tracking numbers that you should receive as soon as your item ships. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Make sure you put the correct address or else the package will be returned & you will have to pay for shipping again.
DAMAGED ORDER
Please send an email to zamsire@eggdog.shop or through our website's contact form with your order # and pictures of the damaged order within 7 days of receiving
